At Sol III, we pride ourselves on offering high-quality, handcrafted products made from natural materials. Our collections are crafted by skilled artisans around the globe, each piece bearing the touch of creative hands. Because of the unique and natural qualities of our products, we want to share the following guidelines for returns:
RETURNS
- All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange.
- Natural Variations: Due to the use of natural materials and handcrafted processes, our products may exhibit slight variations in color, texture, or pattern. These variations are not considered defects but rather unique characteristics that add to the individuality and charm of each piece.
- Inspection upon receipt: We recommend inspecting your order upon arrival. If you believe there is a significant issue beyond natural variations or expected artisan impressions, please contact our customer service team within 3 days of receiving your order.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email customer service at info@solthreehome.com or contact +971507448491 with reasons of return, Evidence of Defect & Proof of Purchase. Make sure to place the item securely in its original packaging.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging. Please include proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation email.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take up to 14 days to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your bank. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
EXCEPTIONS
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Items for which communication regarding a return has not been made within 3 days of delivery.
- Return requests based on the natural variations in materials, as all products are unique and handmade by skilled artisans from natural origins.
- Products showing any signs of use or wear.
- Custom-made or personalized items are generally non-returnable, as well as clearance items, unless there is a significant defect.
