1. Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on certain orders. Free shipping eligibility is subject to the purchase value, excluding VAT.

Orders over 2000 AED qualify for free shipping.

 

2. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are based on the shipping method and delivery location. Below are the shipping fees and estimated delivery times for each shipping method:

3. Third-Party Supplier

We utilize a third-party supplier to manage and deliver orders.

 

4. Subscriptions

We do not offer subscription-based (recurring) deliveries currently.

 

5. International Shipping

We do not offer international shipping.

 

6. Order Pickups

Customers can opt for in-store pickups (warehouse pickup). Orders eligible for pickup are determined based on purchase criteria and shipment size. Pickups are available on Fridays and Saturdays by appointment only.

 

7. Delayed Orders

In the event of delayed deliveries due to circumstances within or outside of our
control, we will promptly inform the customer and provide a new delivery date.

 

8. Shipping Restrictions

Please note the following shipping restrictions:

• Customers must confirm availability with the delivery company and ensure someone is available to receive the item. Door drops are possible but not advised.
• Deliveries are primarily scheduled for Fridays and Saturdays.
